Join our team as an Assistant Manager specializing in SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role focuses on interface, reporting, and configuration within an Engineering as a Service/Operate framework. You will be instrumental in managing reporting solutions and ensuring data integrity.

Key responsibilities include developing and deploying reports, configuring role-based permissions, and maintaining the reporting service request backlog. You will also be involved in testing, optimization, and providing training on reporting tools to end-users.

As an Interface/Reporting/Configuration Resource, your duties will encompass developing custom Crystal Reports and managing WFS Integrations, including HR Imports from EC/CPI and various other data imports.

You will also handle Payroll Exports and other data/hour exports for reporting purposes. Additionally, responsibilities include supporting and debugging batch processing for WFS import and export errors, alongside implementing and supporting the WFS Time and Attendance System.

Further tasks involve developing and deploying reports using Story Reporting, configuring Role-Based Permissions (RBP), managing the reporting service request backlog, and conducting testing and optimization of reporting solutions.

We seek a candidate with 7-9 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst in a multinational setting. Essential skills include strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, Story Reporting, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

Proficiency in JavaScript and WFS Integrations, including HR Imports from EC/CPI, is required. A solid understanding of data model and SuccessFactors modules, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, is crucial.

Candidates must possess strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and requirement gathering. SAP SuccessFactors certifications, particularly in Reporting and Analytics, are highly valued. Fluent English is mandatory.
