We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on developing, configuring, and supporting reporting solutions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective reporting designs and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, Story Reporting, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). You will play a key role in enhancing our data governance, reporting processes, and quality controls, contributing to the overall optimization of our analytics practices.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translating them into technical designs.

You will develop, configure, and deploy reports and dashboards using Story Reporting, adhering to best practices in data visualization and analytics.

Additionally, you will manage role-based permissions for secure data access, maintain the reporting service request backlog, and perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of reporting solutions.

This role also involves proactive data analysis to identify improvements, producing data quality reports, and providing training to users on reporting tools and best practices.

This role requires 7-9 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst, ideally within a multinational setting.

Strong hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, Story Reporting, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) is essential.

We are looking for excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and reporting requirements.

Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with WFS Integrations, including HR Imports, Other Imports (Time Entry, Bank Balances, Swipe processing, Labor Distributions), APIs, and Payroll Exports, are highly valued.

Candidates should possess proven expertise in developing custom Crystal Reports within WFS and have certifications in WFS Reporting and Level 1 & 2 of WFS Time and Configuration.

A deep understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors data model, knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, and HR/People processes are required. Fluency in English is mandatory. App development knowledge is an advantage.
