You will collaborate with due diligence teams to pinpoint risks and produce high-quality reports, including Excel and Word documents, within deadlines. For larger deals, you may oversee specific sections, focusing on aspects like pricing mechanisms, financial warranties, and the development of robust accounting policies for completion accounts.

We are seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in transactions, disputes, or completion accounts, though this is advantageous rather than strictly required. A strong foundation in CA or CFA is essential.
