Join Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation team in Pune as an Assistant Manager, playing a key role in enhancing organizational cybersecurity. This position focuses on transforming cyber capabilities to build resilient defenses against evolving threats.

We are seeking skilled cybersecurity professionals to bolster our clients' cyber resilience, governance, and overall security maturity. You will be instrumental in assessing current security postures and driving strategic initiatives to protect valuable assets and enable new opportunities through robust cyber risk management.

Conduct comprehensive cyber capability and security control assessments across diverse technology landscapes. Review and evaluate security controls against established frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls. Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for transformation to improve cyber maturity.

Support cyber maturity assessments and develop strategic roadmaps for capability enhancement. Assist in control documentation, evidence management, and remediation tracking. Evaluate security capabilities in identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and applications, ensuring effectiveness of preventive, detective, and corrective measures. Utilize Microsoft Sentinel and KQL for detailed security analysis and control validation.

This role requires 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cyber Risk, Security Controls, Governance, Compliance, or Cyber Transformation. A solid understanding of cybersecurity control frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls, is essential.

Proficiency with Microsoft Sentinel and KQL for security analysis is mandatory. Experience with security control reviews, risk assessments, and capability assessments is expected. Knowledge of identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and application security domains is required, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A B.E./B.Tech or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary.
