Seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 9-12 years of hands-on experience to lead agile projects within an Engineering as a Service environment. This role is based in Hyderabad and requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.

Manage project scope and timelines effectively, coordinating sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

Coach team members on Agile frameworks and facilitate seamless internal communication and collaboration.

Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications, liaising with customers and stakeholders.

Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs and manage new requests, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality increments.

Proven experience managing projects using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Solid working knowledge of JIRA, MS Teams, and Confluence is essential.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or Science (BE/B.Tech/BCA/BSC) or equivalent, with a Master's degree (MCA/MSC) being beneficial.

Possession of at least one relevant certification such as PMI-ACP, CSM/CSP, PSM-II, or SAFe-SM is mandatory. Resolve conflicts and remove team impediments to ensure smooth progress and successful sprint outcomes.
