Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in guiding agile project execution and fostering a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

You will be responsible for managing project scope and timelines, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. This includes coaching team members on agile principles, driving effective communication, and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders. You'll also work closely with product owners to manage backlogs and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.

Further responsibilities involve ensuring the quality of deliverables at the end of each sprint, guiding development teams towards higher scrum maturity, and cultivating a productive atmosphere where team members feel ownership and engagement with the product. You will also be tasked with helping teams implement changes effectively and ensuring smooth collaboration.

Demonstrated experience with Agile projects, specifically Scrum and Kanban methodologies, is essential. Proficiency in JIRA, MS Teams, and Confluence is required for effective sprint tracking and reporting. A strong ability to manage project scope and timelines, coordinate sprint activities, and coach team members on agile frameworks is expected. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills are vital.

Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM/CSP, PSM-II, or SAFe-SM. This position is based in Hyderabad.
