Seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile projects, fostering collaboration and efficiency within engineering teams. This role involves managing project scope, facilitating communication, and guiding teams toward higher maturity in Agile frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, along with practical experience in utilizing tools like JIRA, MS Teams, and Confluence for effective project tracking and reporting. This is a key role in ensuring timely and quality delivery of project objectives.

Manage Agile projects using Scrum and Kanban frameworks, ensuring adherence to sprint timelines and objectives.

Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings to promote continuous improvement.

Facilitate seamless internal communication and collaboration among team members.

Serve as the primary liaison for external communications with customers and stakeholders.

Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and integrate new requests.

Resolve team conflicts and proactively remove any impediments to progress.

Ensure all project deliverables meet stringent quality standards at the conclusion of each sprint.

Proven experience managing Agile projects, specifically within Scrum and Kanban environments.

Proficiency with essential Agile tools including JIRA, MS Teams, and Confluence for sprint tracking and reporting.

Ability to manage project scope and timelines effectively.

Experience coaching team members on Agile principles and frameworks.

Possession of at least one of the following certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM/CSP, PSM-II, or SAFe-SM.
