Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team and drive Agile project success. This role involves guiding development teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing team productivity and fostering a collaborative work environment. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools will be crucial for success.

Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings, while coaching team members in Agile frameworks. Facilitate effective internal communication and collaboration, acting as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders.

Manage project scope and timelines, work closely with product owners on backlog management, and resolve conflicts or obstacles. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint and guide teams towards higher Scrum maturity.

Requires 9 to 12 years of experience in Agile project handling, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Proficiency in JIRA, MS Teams, and Confluence is essential, along with experience in sprint tracking and reporting.

Candidates must possess a BE, B.Tech, MCA, BCA, BSC, or MSC degree and hold certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM/CSP, PSM-II, or SAFe-SM. Experience in managing project scope, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and coaching teams is a must.
