Seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile projects within our Engineering as a Service/Operate division. This role is crucial for fostering efficient team collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery.

We are looking for an individual experienced in Agile methodologies to guide development teams and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks.

Manage project scope and timelines effectively, coordinating sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Facilitate seamless internal communication and collaboration, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Work closely with product owners to refine backlogs and incorporate new requests. Address and resolve conflicts, removing impediments to team progress. Ensure the delivery of high-quality products at the end of each sprint, guiding teams towards greater Agile maturity and fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Proven experience managing Agile projects using Scrum and Kanban. Proficiency with JIRA, MS Teams, and Confluence is essential, including sprint tracking and reporting.

Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM/CSP, PSM-II, or SAFe-SM. Experience in coaching team members in Agile frameworks and facilitating effective collaboration is required.
