Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru Eco space, focusing on Engineering as a Service/Operate.

This role is crucial in guiding development teams towards higher Scrum maturity and fostering a collaborative, productive environment where team members take ownership of their work and enjoy the process. You will act as a facilitator and coach, ensuring efficient project execution within Agile frameworks.

As Scrum Master, you will manage Agile projects using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Key responsibilities include tracking sprints and reporting via JIRA, managing project scope and timelines, and coordinating essential Agile ceremonies like sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

You will coach team members in Agile frameworks, facilitate internal communication, and serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders. Additionally, you'll collaborate with product owners on backlog management, resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and ensure the quality of deliverables meets standards at the end of each sprint.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Proficiency in JIRA, MS Teams, and Confluence is essential for daily operations and reporting.

Candidates should possess excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience in managing project scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication is vital. Possession of relevant certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM/CSP, PSM-II, or SAFe-SM is highly desirable for this role.
