We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and support SAP Real Estate Flexible (RE-FX) solutions. You will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end real estate business processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of SAP modules.

Key responsibilities include configuring lease management, property management, contracts, and rental agreements. You will integrate SAP RE-FX with SAP FI/CO, Asset Accounting, and other S/4HANA modules.

Additional duties involve gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and conducting system configuration and testing. You will also provide support for SIT/UAT, data migration, go-live activities, and post-production issue resolution.

We require a candidate proficient in configuring and supporting SAP REFX for various project phases, including implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support. Strong analytical skills are needed to gather and translate business requirements into effective SAP REFX solutions.

Your expertise should extend to managing business entities, buildings, contracts, and lease accounting processes, adhering to IFRS 16 and ASC 842. The role demands experience in conducting fit-gap analysis, system testing, training, and go-live support, along with coordinating with technical teams for development and issue resolution.
