Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as an Assistant Manager, specializing in SAP Materials Management (MM). You will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting SAP MM processes that drive functional excellence and innovation. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing procurement, inventory, and material master management to support long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP MM solutions for various project phases, from implementation to ongoing support. You will analyze business needs and translate them into effective SAP MM configurations. This involves managing procurement processes like Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and RFQs, alongside inventory management functions such as Goods Receipts, Stock Transfers, and Physical Inventory.

Seamless integration of SAP MM with other modules like FI/CO, SD, and PP is essential. You will also be involved in system testing, data migration, go-live activities, and post-go-live user support. Preparing functional specifications for custom developments and coordinating with technical teams are also part of the role.

This role requires a strong understanding of SAP MM best practices and extensive experience in its configuration and support. Proficiency in managing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and ensuring their optimization is key. Experience with system integrations across various SAP modules, including FI/CO, SD, PP, and WM/EWM, is necessary.

Candidates should be adept at conducting fit-gap analysis, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT. The ability to prepare functional specifications, coordinate with cross-functional technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, etc.), and analyze production issues for timely resolution is expected. Preparing comprehensive project documentation and training materials is also a requirement.
