Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive solution design and architecture for Service and Field Service features. This role is crucial for enhancing D2C and B2B operations, focusing on Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning. You will architect key components like routing engines and integrations, define development standards, and manage FSL core configurations.

Your expertise will be vital in resolving complex incidents, optimizing performance, and reviewing technical deliverables. You'll also coordinate with various teams to align technical strategies and lead CI/CD initiatives. Embracing AI-powered development and prompt engineering will be key to boosting team productivity and design quality.

Deliver robust solution designs for Service and Field Service, covering D2C and B2B scenarios with Service Cloud and FSL. Architect and build essential components including routing engines, SLA logic, dispatcher console customizations, and technician workflows. Design enterprise integrations with CTI, scheduling, ERP, IoT, and mobile workforce systems. Establish and enforce standards for Apex, async operations, LWC, and resilient API governance. Manage and update FSL core configurations like resource calendars, territories, skills, and optimization rules. Address and resolve critical incidents related to routing, CTI, scheduling, or assignment failures. Drive performance enhancements for high-volume work orders and service appointments. Review and approve technical designs, code, and integration frameworks. Collaborate with onsite leads and product managers on technical direction for Service features. Lead CI/CD, release planning, and cross-team technical alignment efforts. Champion the adoption of AI-powered development practices and smart coding accelerators.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Salesforce PD1 and PD2 certifications are also necessary.

This role demands 9-11 years of Salesforce Development experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Technical Lead capacity.

Key competencies include hands-on development in large Salesforce environments, a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities, and deep knowledge of Service Cloud and FSL.

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end technical design for D2C/B2B service is essential, covering service order management, scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing. Proficiency in DevOps tools like Copado and Jenkins, along with designing CI/CD pipelines, is critical.

Further requirements include expertise in building scalable data and security models, complex technical solutions, and hands-on development in Apex, LWC, and integrations. Experience managing offshore development teams in an Agile setting is also key.
