This role offers the chance to develop deep technical expertise in global personal independence processes, safeguarding EY's role as an independent auditor.

You will be responsible for guiding and supervising a team, resolving their queries, and liaising with global stakeholders. Contribute to EY's mission of building a better working world for our professionals and team members.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 5-10 individuals within the RMS Independence GMS team. Strengthen the personal independence compliance framework by working with EY professionals and global stakeholders.

Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives at the process level. Conduct quality reviews, analyze issues, and produce well-documented deliverables. Effectively manage team performance, foster collaboration, and encourage professional development.

Oversee operational aspects including volume inflows, resource allocation, and adherence to workflows. Engage in reporting activities and contribute to strategic projects within the Global EY landscape.

A Master's degree (preferably in Finance) from a reputable institution is required. Candidates should possess 7-8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in compliance or research functions within Big 4 or similar professional service organizations. Experience managing mid-size teams (5-10 members) is essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Risk Management/Independence and exposure to client interactions. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written) in English are necessary. A working knowledge of financial instruments and experience with external research, data analysis, and interpretation are also beneficial.
