Lead and deliver impactful user training sessions and tool demonstrations. Design and implement advanced finance technology solutions, including Blackline, Trintech, Oracle ARCS, and OneStream, for global clients. Effectively engage clients, present findings, and manage stakeholder expectations in management reviews and steering committees. Develop comprehensive design documentation and user manuals to support system implementations. Oversee the smooth build and configuration of applications, ensuring successful system integration testing and user adoption. Resolve complex issues and manage changes during the hypercare phase independently. Design and optimize future-state processes and roles by leveraging best practices and enabling technologies, with a particular focus on Blackline. Lead the design and implementation of business operating models, including robust governance and service management frameworks. Conduct thorough business case analyses to drive strategic decision-making.

We are seeking candidates with a Graduate or Postgraduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation within finance functions, operations, or performance improvement consulting. Proven implementation experience and in-depth knowledge of financial close tools such as Blackline, Highradius, Trintech, Oracle ARCS, and OneStream are essential. Candidates should have experience managing at least two end-to-end implementations, encompassing assessment, planning, requirement gathering, design, configuration/development, testing, training, and deployment of Blackline and similar tools. Familiarity with various reconciliation types, variance analysis, risk rating, journal entries, close management, intercompany processes, transaction management, risk and compliance, cash management, and open items management is required. Extensive travel to client sites may be necessary for project work.
