Lead and mentor a team of Data Quality Engineers across diverse projects. Define and implement robust data quality, automation, and testing strategies for enterprise-scale data platforms. Validate ETL pipelines, business rules, data transformations, and analytics workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy. Oversee the development of scalable test automation frameworks and establish quality governance. Drive CI/CD integration for automated quality checks within data pipelines. Support team growth through hiring, performance management, and career development.

Champion technical initiatives and foster continuous improvement in quality engineering processes. Influence long-term quality strategy and tooling decisions.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Data Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Data Engineering is essential, complemented by over 2 years in technical leadership or people management. Proficiency in SQL and Python is required for validating large-scale datasets and workflows. Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, and Spark is expected. Proven ability to build and scale data quality automation frameworks, alongside a strong grasp of ETL validation and business rule testing, is crucial.

Familiarity with implementing CI/CD pipelines and quality controls is important. You should possess a demonstrated capacity to mentor and develop engineering talent, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is a prerequisite for this role.
