Join our Assurance team as an Assistant Manager in Project Monitoring. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence and supporting long-term growth within our organization. You will be instrumental in overseeing project progress and managing associated risks.

This position is based in Mumbai and is part of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP, a firm renowned for its commitment to innovation and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will support the monitoring of asset and site-level progress against approved schedules and milestones. You will also assist in tracking project timelines, identifying and assessing risks, and contributing to the overall risk profiling of projects.

Key duties include supporting invoice review, managing cash flow, and ensuring the linkage between physical progress and fund disbursements. You will coordinate extensively with site teams and investment fund representatives to facilitate reporting, site verification, and fund release processes.

We are seeking a candidate with a Graduation in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) and a post-graduation qualification from NICMAR or RICS. The ideal applicant will possess 4–6 years of experience in construction projects, focusing on real estate developments and investment risk monitoring or advisory services.
