Seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for a Project Management Office (PMO) role in Pune. This position involves driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the Engineering as a Service/Operate domain. Key responsibilities include managing leadership forums with meticulous agenda creation, pre-reads, and action tracking. You will develop executive-ready dashboards and narratives to distill complex data into clear business insights. This role also involves serving as the operational lead for vendor innovation, ensuring disciplined execution from concept to completion, and supporting data governance initiatives through repeatable processes and validation controls.

Further duties encompass identifying and automating inefficient processes, proactively surfacing risks and dependencies with clear options, and adapting quickly to new challenges from problem definition to solution delivery.

The ideal candidate possesses 9-12 years of experience, with a strong background in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or analytics. Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments is crucial. Experience supporting senior leadership and executive governance forums is essential. Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving is required, along with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to IT services, vendor management, finance, or enterprise transformation programs. Hands-on experience with dashboards, workflow automation, AI tools, or low-code/no-code platforms is advantageous. Familiarity with global stakeholders across different time zones is a plus.
