Orchestrate the operational cadence for leadership forums, including agenda preparation, distribution of pre-reads, meticulous tracking of actions, logging decisions, and ensuring follow-through.

Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and compelling narratives to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.

Act as the operational driving force for vendor innovation projects, ensuring a disciplined approach from concept to pilot and scalability or conclusion.

Enhance data governance and reporting by establishing repeatable processes, implementing validation controls, and creating a single source of truth for reporting.

Continuously identify manual, fragmented, or inefficient processes and design automated or AI-enabled solutions to boost speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and opportunities, presenting clear options and recommended next steps.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, analytics, or related fields is essential.

Demonstrated capability to operate independently in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments with minimal direct supervision.

Significant experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level governance and decision-making processes is required.

Possession of certifications in data analytics or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is advantageous.

Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving is a must.
