Orchestrate the operational rhythm for leadership forums, including detailed agenda planning, pre-read compilation, meticulous action item tracking, and accurate decision logging.

Develop compelling executive dashboards, scorecards, and narratives that transform complex data into clear, actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.

Act as the central operational hub for vendor innovation initiatives, ensuring a disciplined approach from concept generation through pilot implementation and scaling.

Support data governance and reporting efforts by establishing robust, repeatable processes, implementing validation controls, and maintaining a single source of truth for reporting.

Continuously identify and analyze manual, fragmented, or inefficient processes, designing and implementing automated or AI-driven solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Proactively identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and opportunities, providing well-articulated options and clear next steps.

Demonstrate agility by quickly adapting to new and unexplored problem spaces, taking full ownership from problem definition to successful solution delivery.

A minimum of 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or data analytics.

Proven capability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments, requiring minimal supervision.

Substantial experience supporting senior leadership and contributing to executive-level governance and decision-making bodies.

Familiarity with data, analytics, or visualization tools and certifications such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.

Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, advanced Microsoft Excel techniques, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving methodologies.

A demonstrated track record of effectively connecting data, context, and strategic objectives to achieve desired business outcomes.

Preferred candidates will have exposure to IT services, vendor management, procurement, finance, or enterprise transformation programs, along with hands-on experience with dashboards, workflow automation, AI tools, or low-code/no-code platforms. Comfort working across global teams and time zones is also a plus. Relevant certifications like PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
