Assist in tracking contractor performance and identifying/resolving execution issues.

Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive progress and management reports.

Coordinate closely with the client and site teams to address and resolve project-related issues promptly.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) is required, complemented by post-graduation from NICMAR or RICS.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in PMC or project management roles within the real estate sector is essential.

Proven ability to support planning, monitor progress, and coordinate effectively across diverse project activities.
