Join our dynamic team as an experienced Product Owner, instrumental in leading a cross-functional product team. You will be responsible for delivering significant value to both internal and external clients by owning the product roadmap and ensuring strategic alignment with execution. This role serves as the crucial link between business stakeholders and our technology departments.

Take ownership of the product backlog, meticulously crafting, refining, and prioritizing user stories that directly contribute to business value. Define and continuously update the product roadmap, encompassing current, near-term, and future delivery plans. Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to translate overarching strategy into actionable delivery roadmaps.

Manage system plans and all supporting documentation, including resource requirements, interdependencies, timelines, key milestones, and success metrics. Act as the primary advocate for the customer's voice within the delivery team, leading effective stakeholder review sessions. Guide the matrixed product team through inspirational leadership, mentorship, and coaching. Ensure alignment with adjacent product teams to maintain a cohesive and consistent product strategy. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks, dependencies, and impediments.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in a Product Owner capacity or a comparable product delivery role is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A strong grasp of Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks is crucial for success in this position.

While not mandatory, broad knowledge of financial services concepts, particularly in client onboarding or CRM systems, is highly preferred. Exceptional communication, adept stakeholder management, and strong interpersonal skills are vital. Possess robust analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and consistently deliver results. Familiarity with agile tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms is expected. Holding a SAFe POPM certification is considered a significant advantage.
