Seeking a skilled PEGA Developer to join our Engineering as a Service team. This role involves the full lifecycle of enterprise PEGA applications, from design and development to deployment, ongoing support, and intricate troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing robust PEGA solutions, focusing on efficient case management, workflow automation, and seamless integrations with various systems. Experience with document management solutions and PDF generation is crucial for this position.

As a Senior PEGA Developer or Technical Lead, you will also manage production support, conduct root cause analysis for incidents, and contribute to release management using PEGA Deployment Manager and CI/CD practices. You will be instrumental in performance tuning and ensuring operational excellence for our PEGA platforms.

Independently design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level PEGA applications.

Implement complex workflows, approvals, routing, and automate business processes effectively.

Develop and troubleshoot PEGA integrations using REST APIs and enterprise services.

Integrate with document management systems like Stellent or Oracle WebCenter Content.

Handle PDF generation, document processing, and archival workflows.

Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents promptly.

Manage application releases using PEGA Deployment Manager and CI/CD pipelines.

Troubleshoot performance issues and provide ongoing operational support.

Contribute to technical design, estimation, and solution architecture within an Agile framework.

Proven experience in PEGA application development, including case management and workflow automation.

Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing complex business process automation platforms.

Solid understanding of PEGA integrations, including REST APIs and enterprise services.

Experience with document-centric applications and their associated audit/regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in production support, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.

Familiarity with PEGA Deployment Manager, release management, and CI/CD concepts.
