Serve as an analyst for global HR system process, data, and technology projects.
Provide day-to-day operational support for HR systems, ensuring system health and sustainability.
Utilize Workday HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking expertise to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions, including business process configuration, complex calculated fields, and integrations.
Act as a consultant for global HR systems, data, and processes, identifying and articulating impacts and constraints.
Partner with business stakeholders to define functional requirements, translate them into recommendations, and develop technical specifications.
Understand business pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify efficiency improvements through existing or new functionality.
Deliver prioritized initiatives through the full project lifecycle: discovery, planning, implementation, testing, and stabilization.
Manage quality assurance, create test scripts, execute testing, and ensure user acceptance for system solutions.
Develop technical documentation for system or process changes and communicate these changes effectively to users with varying technical backgrounds.
Advocate for HR solutions, influence strategy, and stay informed on new technology trends.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) or Management Information Systems (MIS) is preferred.
We require a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting and delivering complex IT solutions.
Ideally, you will have 7+ years of related experience in this domain.
Essential skills include hands-on experience configuring, solutioning, and supporting Workday HCM. While prior Workday Absence experience is not mandatory, strong functional Absence Management expertise from other HR platforms (like SAP or PeopleSoft) with a willingness to learn Workday is highly valued.
Experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking is desired.
Demonstrated ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable specifications is key.
You must be able to analyze, design, configure, and support data, processes, and technology.
Experience supporting the stabilization and ongoing production of technical solutions is necessary.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and possess well-developed interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with technical and business partners at all levels.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, and experience in a global company setting, is important.
