This role focuses on configuring and supporting Workday HCM and other HR systems to optimize user experience and deliver value to our workforce. Key responsibilities include providing analyst support for global HR system projects, ensuring day-to-day operational health of HR systems, and troubleshooting issues using Workday HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking expertise. You will consult on global HR systems, data, and processes, gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications. This role involves delivering prioritized initiatives through the full project lifecycle, including quality assurance and testing, and developing technical documentation. Communicating system changes effectively and advocating for HR solutions and new technologies are also critical aspects of this position.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in CIS or MIS. A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting complex IT solutions is required, with a preference for 7+ years. Essential skills include hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM, with strong functional Absence Management expertise from other HR platforms like SAP or PeopleSoft being a plus if the aptitude to learn Workday Absence is demonstrated. Experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking is desired. The ability to gather and translate business requirements, analyze and design technical solutions, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with global teams is crucial. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for working with both technical and business partners.
