An opportunity exists for an Assistant Manager specializing in Payroll Management, based in Bengaluru Eco space. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement within an ETP (Employee Transition Program) as a Service/Operate model. The position requires a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of process excellence and business transformation.

Key to this role is the ability to identify and implement optimization, automation, and digital solutions. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives, leading to enhanced productivity, quality, and customer experience.

Drive operational efficiency through process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital enablement. Lead technology and AI-driven transformation projects to boost productivity and quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver transformation programs.

Conduct assessments, root cause analysis, and audits to pinpoint areas for improvement. Focus on reducing manual work, enhancing quality, and strengthening controls. Develop and monitor KPIs and performance dashboards for business decision-making. Present insights and recommendations to client stakeholders. Ensure effective implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives.

This role seeks candidates with 8-12 years of experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Quality, Automation, or Operational Excellence. An MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution is required.

Possess a strong grasp of process improvement methodologies, transformation frameworks, automation, and digital/AI initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential. Prior client-facing experience and cross-functional collaboration are advantageous. Green Belt/Black Belt certification and working knowledge in PowerBI/Tableau are preferred.
