This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement, developing AI-powered service solutions, and refining ownership products across After-Sales, Customer Care, and Service Operations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Service, and Legal, to pinpoint customer needs, conceptualize product solutions, and implement features that elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Take ownership of product features from initial problem definition through launch and ongoing enhancement. Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs and business goals into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Develop and prioritize product backlogs, carefully balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines. Collaborate effectively with Engineering and Design teams to architect scalable solutions and ensure successful product delivery. Define key success metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous product improvement based on customer feedback and business outcomes.

We seek a candidate with a strong product mindset and over 7 years of experience in Product Analyst, Product Owner, or related roles focused on customer-facing digital products. Demonstrated success in delivering products in collaboration with engineering teams is essential. Proficiency in managing backlogs, defining requirements, prioritizing tasks, and measuring product outcomes is required. Hands-on experience with AI tools and involvement in the development or implementation of AI-enabled features is a must. Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly. Comfort and experience working within Agile frameworks and managing multiple priorities simultaneously are expected.
