Leverage your expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies to craft intuitive and engaging digital products. This position is based in Hyderabad, India, within the Engineering as a Service/Operate domain.

Spearhead design efforts for key products and features within consumer-facing digital platforms. Partner closely with product management, engineering, and data science to tackle complex challenges and ensure top-tier solutions. Conduct user research to validate features and integrate feedback into design iterations, utilizing data insights to refine product direction.

Work alongside developers and QA to guarantee functional user interfaces that align with design specifications, maintaining consistency and quality across the entire product experience. Develop essential UX deliverables, including storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and user interfaces, presenting them to leadership. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design systems and mentor junior designers to enhance overall design quality.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/product design. A strong portfolio showcasing successful consumer-facing digital products, ideally within eCommerce or similar B2C sectors, is essential.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, alongside proficiency in design tools like Figma and Photoshop. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, UX Pilot, and Figma Make, as well as data analytics tools like Amplitude, is highly valued. Experience in leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, conducting user research, and applying insights effectively is required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must for this role.
