Oversee the design and deployment of cloud-native applications on AWS, prioritizing security, cost-efficiency, and reliability. Enforce high engineering standards through code reviews and mentorship. Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks across various layers.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience, specifically delivering production Java services and APIs. Prior experience in a team leadership capacity, including sprint execution, technical decision-making, and cross-team coordination, is essential.
