Lead the design and implementation of advanced Java-based applications and microservices, adhering to enterprise integration patterns. Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor team members.

Drive performance optimization initiatives by identifying and resolving bottlenecks across various system components. Establish and maintain robust observability and reliability practices, including logging, metrics, tracing, and SLOs. Champion security fundamentals throughout the development lifecycle.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience is required, with a proven track record in delivering production-ready Java services and APIs within enterprise settings. Prior experience in a team leadership capacity, including sprint execution, mentoring, and technical decision-making, is essential.

Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-system initiatives from inception to completion is crucial. The ability to produce clear architecture artifacts (HLD/LLD, sequence diagrams) and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is expected. Experience designing and operating cloud-hosted applications with a focus on security, monitoring, and cost-efficiency is also a key requirement.
