We are seeking a talented individual passionate about user-centered design and possess a strong portfolio showcasing impactful digital products. Your expertise will be crucial in translating user needs into high-quality, functional, and visually appealing solutions. This position also involves mentoring junior designers, contributing to the growth of our design capabilities.

Spearhead design strategies for key products and features on our digital platforms. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams to address intricate challenges and deliver optimal solutions. Conduct user research to validate features and integrate feedback into iterative design processes. Utilize data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across all touchpoints.

Develop essential UX deliverables, including storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and user interfaces. Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders. Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of our design systems. Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in UX and product design is essential, supported by a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in consumer-facing digital products, ideally within eCommerce or B2C sectors. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies is required, along with proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, UX Pilot, and Figma Make, as well as data analytics platforms such as Amplitude, is highly desirable.

Proven experience in leading design projects and effectively mentoring junior team members is expected. Candidates should also have a track record of conducting user research and applying research findings to create impactful design solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, are crucial for success in this role. Experience in performance results delivery, organization, prioritization, time management, team development, influencing, conflict resolution, problem-solving, analytical thinking, decision-making, adaptability, change management, and attention to detail are also key competencies.
