Join our Enterprise Security team as an Assistant Manager specializing in OT Security Assessment. Serve as the primary client contact for OT Security Operations Center (SOC) services, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct regular client meetings to review security posture, discuss incidents, and provide actionable recommendations. Manage and support a portfolio of OT/ICS security engagements, ensuring delivery meets quality, time, and budget targets.

Collaborate with prospective clients to define and plan engagement scopes. Contribute to market development for OT/ICS security services by identifying sales opportunities and assisting in proposal creation. Mentor and guide team members, sharing knowledge and leading by example. Support the creation of thought leadership and marketing materials to promote Deloitte's Cyber and OT/ICS offerings. Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and threats in OT security.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution is required. We are seeking candidates with 4 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically focusing on OT security operations. A strong understanding of OT systems such as SCADA, DCS, and PLC is essential.

Proficiency with security monitoring tools including Claroty, Nozomi, Tenable, and CrowdStrike EDR, alongside experience with SIEM platforms and incident response procedures, is critical. Relevant certifications like GICSP, CISSP, or CISM are preferred. Experience in key sectors such as Government, Energy & Utilities, Retail, Life Sciences, TMT, or Transport is advantageous.
