Engage in complete Oracle FCCS implementations, from initial requirements gathering through to go-live and ongoing support. Configure and deploy FCCS applications tailored to specific business and financial consolidation needs.

Key tasks include designing and developing metadata, data management (FDMEE/Data Integration), load rules, mappings, currency translation, ownership management, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation processes. Develop business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reports. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define reporting needs, validate data, support UAT, and troubleshoot issues to maintain application performance and data integrity.

Candidates must possess a graduate degree, such as a B.Tech, B.E., B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, MCA, or an MBA in Finance. A minimum of 5 to 8 years of comprehensive experience in Oracle EPM solutions, with a specialized focus on Oracle FCCS, is essential.

Proven success in at least two full-cycle Oracle FCCS implementations is required. Hands-on expertise in FCCS, Data Management (FDMEE/Data Integration), source-to-target mappings, financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, metadata management, and business rules/calculations is critical. A solid understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and close processes, along with excellent client-facing and communication skills, are paramount.
