Lead full-stack development initiatives using Java, Spring Boot, and React. Implement an AI-first approach to development with tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor. Design and construct robust microservices and containerized applications on Kubernetes and Docker. Develop complex SQL queries and manage both transactional and NoSQL databases.

Apply Object-Oriented design principles throughout the codebase. Work effectively within Agile/DevOps frameworks and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Mentor junior team members on AI-assisted coding and best engineering practices. Integrate seamlessly with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development, encompassing Java, Spring Boot/JPA, JavaScript, React, Thymeleaf, REST, and JSON is essential. Additionally, 3+ years of experience with containerization and infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes, Konvoy, Docker, and GitHub is required.

Candidates must possess 3+ years of experience in database engineering, including SQL, functions, and stored procedures across Oracle, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases. Strong Object-Oriented Analysis/Design/Programming (OOA/OOD/OOP) design experience of at least 3 years is also mandatory.

We seek 2+ years of experience in DevOps and Agile delivery, coupled with 2+ years of cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Crucially, hands-on experience with AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor is a mandatory requirement for this role.
