As part of the National Markets team, you will work with sector-agnostic teams to gain diverse experience. The CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership unit prioritizes an account-centric approach, understanding client needs and providing innovative solutions across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax service lines. The Markets team, comprising Business Development and BMC, ensures clients receive consistent, high-value support.

This role is integral to modernizing tax functions through automation and AI, positioning EY as a strategic partner in digital tax transformation.

Drive end-to-end business development for EY's India Tax platform, including Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), and AI Tax Hub solutions, with a focus on achieving revenue targets. Identify and convert opportunities for platform-led managed services and digital tax transformation.

Lead account hunting and strategy with an emphasis on digital tax transformation and AI Tax Hub adoption. Develop account plans focused on modernizing client tax functions through AI and automation, establishing EY as a key strategic partner.

Build robust C-suite relationships with CFOs, Tax Heads, and CIOs/CTOs. Identify client pain points in tax compliance, reporting, and processes, and present compelling use cases for the AI Tax Hub, such as automated compliance tracking, integrated GST reconciliation, and real-time tax dashboards.

Clearly articulate the value proposition of EY’s AI Tax Hub and integrated tax technology ecosystem, positioning it as a unified solution across Direct and Indirect tax processes. Collaborate with tax and technology teams to develop customized proposals and demonstrate ROI through efficiency and compliance improvements.

Engage in internal collaboration with Client Service Partners, Tax SMEs, and Technology teams to drive integration across service lines. Manage a pipeline of AI Tax Hub and digital tax opportunities and lead proposal development for transformation deals. Assess client readiness for AI-led tax transformation and leverage market insights effectively within EY's matrix structure.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a related field is essential.
