This role is part of the National Markets team, specifically within the CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership division. The Markets team plays a crucial role in supporting account teams to drive revenue growth by understanding client needs and aligning EY's services and solutions to their most pressing issues. We operate across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax, with our Markets team comprising Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Drive revenue growth by positioning EY’s India Tax platform, including Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), and AI Tax Hub solutions. Lead consultative, solution-led selling of platform-based tax transformation, modernizing tax functions through automation, AI, data insights, and managed services.

Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end business development lifecycle, identifying and converting opportunities for platform-led managed services, and developing account plans focused on digital tax transformation and AI Tax Hub adoption. Build strong C-suite relationships, identify client pain points, and present AI Tax Hub use cases. Clearly articulate the value of EY’s AI Tax Hub and integrated tax technology ecosystem, working with internal teams to create customized proposals and demonstrate ROI.

An MBA is required for this role, along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals capable of collaborative work across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, along with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
