This role is an Assistant Manager position focused on Government & Public Sector (GPS) initiatives, specifically within the Business Development & Client Enablement leadership for the Consulting and Industries (C&I) sector.

The GPS team excels in delivering world-class experience and local insights to address critical government challenges. We are dedicated to building solutions that equip public sector entities for future demands, focusing on digital transformation that encompasses organizational structures, governance, processes, culture, and mindset. We assist clients in balancing strategic choices for performance enhancement through cross-service line solutions aligned with client priorities, aiming to build a better world for all citizens.

Manage pipeline governance, forecasting, and opportunity tracking to ensure robust sales cadence and effective pursuit management. Monitor funnel health and conversion metrics, escalating risks and stalled opportunities promptly.

Oversee governance for key strategic accounts and alliances, tracking account plans, pursuits, actions, and growth opportunities, and producing executive-level scorecards.

Support large bid processes, maintain asset and playbook roadmaps, track timeline compliance, and report on performance against deal-winning "forward-calls." Assist in creating and tracking progress on the "Brand" activity plan.

Drive opportunity development and account growth, coordinating pursuit teams and proposal activities.

A Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) is required, coupled with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role.
