This role focuses on the Assistant Manager position within the CHS (Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors) and CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership teams. CHS encompasses industries meeting global consumer demands, from agriculture to retail, and focuses on data-centric approaches for improved health outcomes. The CBS - C&I - BD & CE Leadership team supports Markets in driving revenue growth through an account-centric approach, aligning services to client needs across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy, Transactions, and Tax.

Drive revenue growth month-on-month by owning the business development and pursuit process. Lead account strategy formulation and execution, collaborating with Client Service Partners throughout the client and engagement lifecycle. Share knowledge and best practices internally. Engage in client-facing activities such as initiating, building, and sustaining client and C-suite relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and pursuing new business opportunities.

Internal responsibilities include developing account strategy and plans, managing account team meetings and coaching, overseeing business development efforts, and owning pipeline management. Hunt for new accounts, work with business operations on proposal development, execute touchpoint campaigns, and direct account coordinators.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and practical solutions, agility, curiosity, mindfulness, sustained positive energy, adaptability, and creativity are essential attributes for success in this role.
