Take ownership of the business development and pursuit process, consistently generating revenue from assigned accounts. Lead account strategy formulation and execution, working closely with Client Service Partners throughout the client engagement lifecycle.

Initiate, cultivate, and sustain strong client and C-suite relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Hunt for new accounts and manage the pipeline effectively. Develop and implement account strategies, conduct account team meetings, provide coaching, and oversee proposal development and client-facing activities.

A graduate or postgraduate degree is required, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. Candidates should possess a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
