This role is central to our end-to-end risk services, encompassing everything from strategic risk management at the C-suite level to enhancing board oversight and addressing cyber threats. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to bolster our Market Risk expertise.

Key responsibilities include interpreting and implementing FRTB (SA/IMA) and CVA regulatory requirements. You will conduct gap assessments, perform impact analyses, and conduct regulatory self-assessments. Translate complex regulatory expectations into actionable business and functional requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders across front office, risk, finance, and technology teams.
Further duties involve supporting the design, testing (UAT), and implementation of risk systems. Assist in developing Python-based data analysis tools and contribute to regulatory reporting, submissions, and implementation reviews. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and enhancing risk management capabilities.
We seek candidates with 5-8 years of experience in market risk, regulatory programs, or risk transformation. A strong understanding of derivatives, valuation, and market risk concepts is essential, along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Exposure to FRTB and/or CVA frameworks is highly preferred.
Experience in business analysis, IT delivery, or regulatory implementation is valuable. Proficiency in Python or other data analysis techniques is a plus, as is knowledge of risk systems and reporting frameworks. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CQF are advantageous. This role requires a graduate-level education.
