This role is part of our National Assurance team, focusing on Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) within the ASU.

We assist clients by ensuring their accounts meet rigorous audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our service offerings encompass External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury services.

Key responsibilities include supporting implementations and regulatory changes for Axiom Basel III/3.1 Capital, RWA, COREP, CCR, and Pillar 3 reporting. You will be accountable for maintaining end-to-end data lineage, process maps, calculation logic, and reporting traceability. This involves assessing the impact of Basel reforms, new products, and policy updates on capital and regulations.

Further duties entail supporting target operating model design, regulatory reporting architecture, and defining robust controls for completeness, accuracy, and governance. You will also collaborate with Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver compliant reporting solutions and drive improvements in reconciliations between various systems and regulatory outputs. Active participation in reporting production cycles and operational readiness for releases is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Axiom Regulatory Reporting, Capital Adequacy, Credit Risk RWA, COREP, CCR, Pillar 3, and Basel/EBA/PRA regulatory frameworks. A proven track record in leading end-to-end business analysis, functional design, and delivery for complex regulatory reporting data flows is required.

A solid understanding of regulatory controls, data governance, audit requirements, and risk management frameworks is crucial. Experience with SIT, UAT, validation testing, defect management, and regulatory release implementation is also necessary.

Qualifications include a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, MBA Finance, or equivalent. Agile, SAFe, PMP, Business Analysis, or Regulatory Reporting certifications are advantageous. We are seeking individuals with 3-6 years of relevant experience who can work collaboratively, possess a practical problem-solving approach, and demonstrate agility, curiosity, and creativity.
