As an Assistant Manager in M&A Tax, your responsibilities will include:

- Spearheading tax structuring for M&A transactions, including inbound and outbound investments. - Developing and presenting optimal ownership, investment, and funding structures. - Managing corporate and group restructurings to meet diverse business objectives. - Assisting in the implementation of Scheme of Arrangement, liaising with regulatory bodies. - Conducting direct tax due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements. - Reviewing critical transactional documents and clauses. - Driving business development through market research and client presentations. - Performing diagnostic reviews and devising strategies for cash repatriation.

We are seeking a qualified CA with 0-2 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions Taxation. Essential skills include strong communication and presentation abilities, a persistent and persuasive approach, and a thorough understanding of Indian tax and regulatory laws.
