Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 engineers, fostering accountability for delivering exceptional software products in a fast-paced, Agile setting. Guide the team in designing and developing robust applications utilizing Microservices architecture. Provide expert technical guidance on modern technologies such as Java, Spring, Spring-Boot, Angular, Hibernate, Kafka, Redis, Bootstrap, and jQuery. Effectively leverage development tools including AWS, GIT, Nginx, Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins.

Collaborate closely with product owners to thoroughly understand product requirements. Design application modules and features prioritizing high performance, scalability, security, and availability. Plan and oversee sprint tasks and product releases, ensuring adherence to schedules. Conduct design and code reviews, offer troubleshooting support, and provide technical mentorship. You will also be responsible for performance appraisals, team grooming, and career path development, while proactively identifying and proposing improvements in people, processes, technology, quality, and delivery.

We are seeking candidates with a BE/B.Tech/MCA from a recognized institution, possessing a strong academic record. A minimum of 8 years of full-stack programming experience across various Java-based technologies and frameworks is essential. Demonstrate strong expertise in developing web applications using the Spring framework and Hibernate. Proven experience in end-to-end design and development of high-performance, scalable, secure, and available enterprise-class web applications is required. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, coupled with a hands-on approach to resolving technical challenges, are crucial. Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL and Oracle is expected.
