Drive the design and development of applications using Microservices architecture, guiding the team on modern technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular, and Kafka.

Oversee the implementation of development tools such as AWS, GIT, Jira, and Jenkins, fostering best practices in code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.

Manage sprint planning, task monitoring, and team member performance, including annual appraisals and feedback cycles.

Own hiring, team growth, and career development, while proactively identifying and suggesting improvements in people, processes, and technology.

Possess a BE/B.Tech/MCA degree with a strong academic record, complemented by 8+ years of full-stack Java programming experience.

Demonstrate extensive expertise in Spring Framework, Hibernate, and the end-to-end development of scalable, secure enterprise web applications.

Exhibit strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and a hands-on approach to resolving technical challenges.

Showcase proficiency with relational databases like MySQL and Oracle.
