Seeking experienced Technical/Engineering Managers to lead our dynamic development teams. Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 engineers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software products. Oversee the design and development of applications built on microservices architecture, guiding team members on technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. Utilize development tools such as AWS, GIT, and Jira, while collaborating with product owners and architects to build integrated enterprise-class software solutions.

Responsibilities include understanding product requirements, designing scalable and secure application modules, and planning sprint tasks. You will conduct design and code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure complete ownership of your team's deliverables. Additionally, you will define and improve development best practices, manage team performance through appraisals and feedback, and lead hiring and team growth initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or MCA from a recognized institution with strong academic standing is required. Candidates must possess at least 8+ years of full-stack programming experience in Java-based technologies, with a strong focus on Spring framework and Hibernate for web application development. Proven experience in designing and developing end-to-end enterprise-class web applications for high performance, scalability, security, and availability is essential.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are a must, along with a hands-on approach to technical challenges. Experience with relational databases like MySQL or Oracle is expected. This role demands a self-driven, motivated leader capable of driving teams to achieve quality and timely delivery with full accountability. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
