Join our dynamic Assurance team as an Assistant Manager in the ITDA practice, based in Pune. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and clients, focusing on delivering exceptional outcomes. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about IT controls, AI, and data analytics within a leading professional services firm.

As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include performing ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reviews, leveraging your expertise in IT audits and control frameworks such as RBI Master Directions, ICFR, SSAE, and ISO 27001. You will conduct ERP-based control testing, particularly within Banking and Financial Services applications, and review business process controls and their mapping to ERP systems. Additionally, you will assess control design and operating effectiveness, gain exposure to risk management and compliance reporting, and stay abreast of emerging technologies and associated risks.

We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Essential qualifications include proficiency in IT audits, control frameworks, and ERP systems. A strong understanding of business process controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements is expected. Awareness of cutting-edge technologies like Cloud, RPA, and AI/ML is also a plus. Desired qualifications include a Graduation or B.E/B.Tech degree, with certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CRISC being advantageous. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, team leadership, and issue-resolution skills are crucial for success in this role.
