We are seeking a proactive individual to contribute to our mission of enhancing client cyber resilience and compliance. You will play a key role in identifying risks and ensuring robust IT governance. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT controls frameworks and regulatory requirements like SOX. Conduct risk assessments to pinpoint IT control deficiencies and prioritize testing initiatives. Independently design and execute test plans for IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC), employing diverse testing methodologies.

Demonstrate working knowledge in areas such as Governance policies, Risk Management, Compliance, Access Control, Security Incident Response, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Management, Identity Access Review, and Change Management. Possess a sound understanding of security technologies including Cryptography, Algorithms, Secure IT Authentication, Secure Development, Data Protection, and Certificate Management Lifecycle.

Execute complex test procedures using automated tools and manual techniques, meticulously documenting all findings. Analyze test results to identify control weaknesses and propose effective remediation actions. Collaborate with IT and business process owners to address control gaps and implement corrective measures. Lead and mentor junior team members on control testing best practices. Stay abreast of emerging IT threats and control advancements.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required. We seek candidates with 4-7 years of experience in IT audit, IT security, or a similar role, with a strong focus on IT control testing.

Essential qualifications include strong working knowledge of IT controls frameworks and testing methodologies. Familiarity with GRC platforms like ServiceNow, Archer, or Jira is beneficial. Hands-on experience with IT control testing tools is a mandatory requirement.

Experience in assessing and recommending automation for manual control testing processes is highly valued. Adaptability to manage a dynamic control environment and evolving client needs is crucial. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, are expected.
