Join our Cyber Strategy & Transformation team as an Assistant Manager in IT Audits, based in Bengaluru. This role involves developing and executing robust IT audit strategies, identifying control deficiencies, and recommending essential remediation actions to strengthen our clients' cyber resilience.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT control frameworks and regulatory requirements, such as SOX. Participate in comprehensive risk assessments to pinpoint IT control weaknesses and prioritize testing efforts. Independently design and execute IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) testing, employing diverse methodologies. Conduct testing in key domains including Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Access Control, Incident Response, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Identity Access Review, and Change Management. Analyze test findings, identify control gaps, and propose effective remediation strategies. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement corrective actions and enhance control effectiveness. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth in control testing practices. Stay abreast of emerging IT threats and best practices in control frameworks.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in IT audit, IT security, or a comparable role focusing on IT control testing is essential. Possess strong working knowledge of IT controls frameworks and standard IT control testing methodologies. Familiarity with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow, Archer, or Jira is expected. Experience with IT control testing tools is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to assess and recommend improvements for automating manual control testing processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are crucial for success in this dynamic role.
