Execute a range of internal, project, and concurrent audits, alongside advisory engagements covering SOP design, IFC, SOX, and Risk Management. Conduct thorough risk assessments and business process reviews, including process mapping and gap analysis.

Analyze data effectively to support audit findings and advisory outcomes. Strengthen internal controls by applying established frameworks and guidelines, and understand client business models to recommend best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Develop and enhance conduct risk and compliance solutions. Ensure adherence to approved audit methodologies and quality standards. Build EERM capabilities through continuous research and engagement in relevant initiatives.

Candidates should possess a CA qualification or an MBA (Tier 2) in a relevant field, or hold a BBM, BBA, or B.Com degree. Professional certifications such as CFE, CPA, CIA, or CISA are mandatory.

This position requires 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sectors like Metal & Mining, Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction/Real Estate, Marketing, Media, Media Advisory, and Advertising, or other non-financial services domains.
