Conduct internal audits for non-financial clients across various sectors including Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, and IT. Analyze operational processes and systems to identify risks and recommend improvements. Manage audit projects, including team coordination, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Candidates should possess a CA or MBA qualification. Fresh CA graduates are also encouraged to apply. Prior experience with Big 4 firms or large consulting organizations in internal audits is preferred. Industry professionals should have experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or operations. A strong understanding of operational risks, process efficiency, and team management is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in data analytics tools like SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel. High integrity, proactivity, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively are key attributes.
